Do you owe something?  - Come to the front counter for texbook pick-ups, swaps, and returns. 
If you have lost or damaged a book/textbook/novel/calculator, etc. cash only or online payment available via the webstore.  We do not accept payment via Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, Square, or checks. Note:  any payments made on the webstore take FOREVER to be reimbursed if you find a lost book and want your money back.  

Lost a textbook or library item? 

Missing a textbook? Lost a library book?  Here are your options: 
  • Check out our Textbook page found here to confirm the district price of your book (or ask a library staff member)
  • Pay the cost set by the district (cash only).  If your original textbook is found or returned in good condition, we will contact you for a full refund.   You have the option of paying using the ASB webstore; read the directions here with your School Google account. 
  • Replace the book from an online source, such as Amazon.  The replacement textbook must be the same ISBN number (find it on our textbook page here) and in "new" or "very good" condition without writing or damage.  Textbooks purchased this way can be significantly cheaper; please know you will be responsible for taking a picture /forwarding purchase confirmation to library staff.  Any dance/prom/graduation clearance will be done once the book is delivered to the library.  You have the option of mailing it directly to the school c/o GV Library or delivering it to your home and bringing it to school on your own.   Note:  If you find the original textbook or it's returned, you will not be issued a refund.  See a library staff member for additional information. 
Note:  If you pay on the ASB webstore and then find your book, please expect wait time for a refund.   During the school year,  a refund check will  be mailed to your residence within 3-5 weeks.  If you are a senior, and paying in May, your refund might not arrive until September.
